Abstract

Summary of the research findings

Objective: To use high-density genotyping to investigate the genetic associations of acute anterior uveitis (AAU) in patients with and those without ankylosing spondylitis (AS).

238 European ancestry primary acute anterior uveitis cases, 1,199 European ancestry cases with acute anterior uveitis and ankylosing spondylitis, 9,564 European ancestry controls
