Summary of the research findings
Background & aims: We performed genetic analyses of a multiethnic cohort of patients with idiosyncratic drug-induced liver injury (DILI) to identify variants associated with susceptibility.
1,806 European ancestry cases, 133 African American cases, 109 Hispanic ancestry cases, 10,397 European ancestry controls, 1,314 African American controls, 718 Hispanic ancestry controls
