Summary of the research findings

Accumulating evidence suggests a relationship between coronary artery disease (CAD) and sleep problems. Our study is aimed to investigate the shared genetic loci underlying this phenotypic association.

60,801 European, South Asian, East Asian, Hispanic and African American ancestry coronary artery disease cases, 109,402 European ancestry insomnia cases, 400,635 European, South Asian, East Asian, Hispanic and African American ancestry controls
